Safety systems
We implement both the NECA National Safety Management System and our own safety management software to manage WHS and compliance across all projects. These live, automated platforms provide seamless communication between field teams, operations staff and clients.
The National Electrical & Communications Association’s safety management program, run in partnership with state and territory electrical regulators.
A proprietary safety management platform that links every employee to operations and to the client – live, automated, and updated from the field.
Induction sign-ons, pre-start registers and installation certificates are logged and tracked to ensure alignment with Australian Electrical Standards and AS codes.
80% paperless project and OHS systems on smart devices. Forms are completed and approved in real time and sent directly to clients.

2025 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, Penrith
With the facility remaining fully operational throughout installation, maintaining athlete, staff and team safety was paramount. The project demanded precision planning and execution to stay on schedule while safeguarding every stakeholder – from generator placement meeting international standards through to optimised cable pathways.
Disciplined execution also cut fuel use from an estimated 17,000 litres to 7,000 by shutting down non-essential generators overnight and optimising air conditioning schedules – 230 athletes from 41 nations, across twelve events, with no compromise to the run.
They are onsite at all events and respond with any issues within minutes.
